Juliana Araujo joins OMC

The Ballot for the Vendor Representative Position on the OSDU Management Committee (OMC) has completed with Juliana Fernandes Araujo of IesBrazil being elected as a Vendor Representative for a two-year term.

Juliana warmly accepted the position and noted, “After being an OSDU Member for 3 years, I’m excited to be joining the OMC. Since IesBrazil joined the OSDU Forum, I’ve been working exhaustively with the pre shipping team, learning, and contributing as much as possible to the community. We believe that now would be the time to take another step and join the OMC and fortunately this step was taken successfully thanks to the support of the community! I hope to bring insights to the OMC that reflect the views of all our Vendor Members as well as OSDU progress and concerns from Latin America.

“I want all Members to be as passionate about the OSDU idea as I am, and together we will continue to grow as a solid community and spread the fantastic work done within the OSDU Forum around the world. I want all Vendors Members to know that I’m here for them, especially the small vendors.”

On behalf of The Open Group OSDU Forum, we congratulate Juliana and look forward to her participation in the OMC.
