OSDU® R3 MILESTONE 26 IS NOW RELEASED

M26 pre-ship activities have been officially completed as of April 14, and OSDU Milestone 26 (M26) is now available.

Our pre-shipping team has been instrumental in delivering the test results, and we extend our deepest gratitude to them. We would also like to recognize and acknowledge all project teams for helping us to deliver yet another successful milestone.

  • Improved performance and reliability
    Enhancements across core services and data management systems improve stability, especially for large datasets and long-running processes.
  • Enhanced data management and collaboration
    New capabilities support better data handling, including improved ingestion workflows, data recovery options, and more efficient collaboration between users and systems.
  • Stronger platform resilience
    The platform now better handles interruptions (e.g., reconnection and session continuity), reducing operational risks during data processing and exchange.
  • Expanded domain data capabilities (DDMS)
    Updates across well, reservoir, and sample data services improve usability, performance, and support for evolving exploration and subsurface workflows.
  • Foundation for future evolution (Venus)
    M26 introduces early “sandbox/incubator” capabilities and testing improvements, paving the way for the next generation of OSDU features in the Venus release.
