The Ballots for the three Operator Representative Positions and the Vendor Representative Position on the OSDU® Management Committee (OMC) have been completed.
- Heath Bland of ExxonMobil was re-elected for a two-year term as an Operator Representative. Following the election, Heath noted: “I am honored to be re-elected to the OSDU Management Committee and an operator representative. I remain committed to accelerating our work and fostering a community where everyone thrives, and value creation is a reality for all.”
- Martyn Quantrill of bp was re-elected for a two-year term as an Operator Representative. Martyn “appreciates the support from the OSDU Forum which has enabled him to continue collaborating with the diverse OMC and Forum members in aligning and implementing initiatives that empower working groups, facilitate agreements and contributions, and foster collaboration to enhance OSDU’s impact on the industry.”
- Einar Landre of Equinor was elected for a two-year term as an Operator Representative. Einar has “had the pleasure of being part of the OSDU journey since its foundation, and the progress that has been made over those years are impressive. Being elected to the OMC for an operator seat is a great honor. It was five very qualified candidates, but only three seats. I will work with the Forum members, helping them to bring their concerns to the table, and contribute to the development of a data platform that serves the industry as a whole.”
- Jamie Cruise of SLB was elected for a two-year term as a Vendor Representative. Following his notification of the results, Jamie posted “During my tenure on the OMC I am committed to drive adoption of the OSDU Data Platform for industry transformation and foster a thriving marketplace of vendor solutions.”
On behalf of The Open Group OSDU Forum, we congratulate Heath, Martyn, Einar, and Jamie and look forward to their continuing participation in the OMC.
